As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team by implementing 35Pharma’s investor relations (IR) strategy. Working closely with the VP, Corporate Development, you will build and nurture relationships with investors and external stakeholders while driving communication efforts to position 35Pharma effectively in the marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Draft and manage Newsflow and Press Releases in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain investor relations presentation materials.
- Coordinate and support the company’s attendance at key conferences, including scientific, clinical, Business Development, and Investor Relations events.
- Oversee and manage communication channels, including the corporate website and IR pages, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Assist in preparing annual and quarterly reports, presentations, and materials for investor events and roadshows.
- Establish and maintain relationships with investors and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Gather and provide market intelligence, including competitor insights, to inform corporate strategy.
- Manage PR and Investor Relations vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline; additional qualifications in finance, business administration, or a related field are a plus.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or consulting industries.
- Strong understanding of venture capital (VC) finance and capital markets.
- Exceptional skills in PowerPoint slide design and written communication.
- Proficiency in drafting and distributing press releases effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently, with excellent time-management skills to meet defined milestones.
