In close collaboration with our preclinical and translational teams, the Clinical Sample Manager will play an integral part in ensuring the success of our drug development programs by managing the receipt, storage, and management of biospecimens associated with our preclinical and clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize and manage the biospecimen management system
- Perform and coordinate biospecimen reception and shipments
- Track samples location with vendors
- Coordinate requests for sample analysis by our scientists
- Maintain and update sample inventory lists
- Prepare reports on completed tasks
- Support sample analysis and method development activities
You should bring:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Life Sciences or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in either clinical or healthcare environment as a sample or lab manager
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across several teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with sample management software would be an asset
- Working knowledge of and experience with basic laboratory techniques would be an asset
