Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to support our translational science team. This role will play a critical part in bridging preclinical research and clinical applications, supporting projects that advance our understanding of mechanism of action and disease efficacy of our developmental agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field, with hands-on experience in assay development and data analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of novel biotherapeutics for life-threatening diseases in close collaboration with a high performing and enthusiastic team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments to support translational research objectives, including sample processing, molecular assays, and biomarker analysis
- Collaborate closely with scientists across functional teams to analyze and interpret data
- Maintain accurate and detailed lab records in compliance with company standards
- Participate in project discussions, data reviews, and troubleshooting of experimental workflows
- Prepare technical summaries, presentations, and reports for team meetings and other documentation as directed
- Other laboratory tasks as directed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific or medical field
- 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a biotech, pharma, or clinical research environment
- Proficiency in common laboratory techniques (e.g. PCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working with precious samples such as human biobank material or clinical trial samples will be viewed as a big advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills for clear data presentation and cross-functional collaboration
